An eco-responsible holiday rental
We enjoyed designing the interior of the five-bedroom gîte using bio-sourced materials to create a warm atmosphere, with many details restored, transformed and reused.
And then there's the creation of a semi-troglodyte swimming pool: surrounded by tufa stone walls out of sight, the pool will provide you with relaxation and refreshment between April and the end of October. The pool is heated to 28°C between mid-May and the end of September.

Logis Escale offers 5 large rooms with private bathrooms.
The rooms are spread over the 3 levels of the gîte:1 large bedroom on the ground floor with 5 single beds1 double room on the first floor with a king-size bed for 2 people2 double rooms on the second floor1 quadruple room on the second floorEach room has its own access.All rooms measure between 17 and 33 m2.
Only the ground floor bedroom is accessible to people with reduced mobility. There are no barriers between the room and the bathroom, and the shower is on the same level.

The Logis Escale group gîte is open to all ages. The rooms are large enough to accommodate a cot. We provide 2 cots, a high chair and a booster seat.
The courtyard is enclosed and access to the swimming pool is secure.
However, there are some stairs that require special supervision for young children.

The Maine-et-Loire really is a destination for families, with a wide variety of activities ranging from history to culture and nature.
The group gîte provides direct access to the banks of the Loire for walks and discovering the fishing and forestry areas around the Joreau pond (regional nature reserve).
Just a few kilometres away in the direction of Saumur, you'll find playgrounds and various riding stables.
In bad weather or heatwave, visit the troglodyte world at Pierre et Lumières or the village of Rochemenier. A visit to the Bioparc at Doué-la-Fontaine will delight all generations.
